An application for exhibit space must be completed and the total exhibit space fee must accompany the application. Applications received on or before June 1, 2009 will be eligible for the initial round of booth assignments which are made on a priority system.

Applications received after June 1, 2009, will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, until all booths are sold.

Standard exhibit table space includes one 6 foot draped and skirted table, two chairs and a wastebasket. A maximum of two representatives are allowed per exhibit space.

Premier Booth $1200.00

Premier exhibit space includes two 6 foot draped and skirted tables, four chairs and two wastebaskets. A maximum of four representatives are allowed per exhibit space.
